Full face make up of bruised, decaying, rotting, skeleton, bones, ethereal/ghostly
At least 3 of the following:
- Make up or gloves that show a decaying, rotting, or skeletal appearance
- White out sclera colored contact lenses
- Colored or missing teeth
- Extremely Unkempt hair
